Being proactive in the wintertime is crucial to staying healthy. We don’t keep over-the-counter medications in our home anymore, so it is critical to stay healthy. Here is my winter time go-to regimen for staying healthy and happy!
1)Inner Defense- capsules to be taken daily. Contain Thieves essential oil to promote overall wellness.
2) Ningxia Red- Super charged anti-oxidant drink made with Wolfberries. Full of nutrients.
3) Thieves essential oil- put one drop in tea to boost immune system, diffuse for a warm, spicy, comforting aroma.
4) Life 5-Probiotic that promotes a healthy gut (often the root cause of many illnesses)
It makes sense. There has to be competition for every company, including essential oils. But it is scary to me because my family’s health and well-being is at stake. I won’t just use any essential oil on my 8 month old and hope for the best. I want to know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that what I am putting on her skin is safe, powerful, and effective. I won’t buy essential oils from the health food store. I won’t buy essential oils from Wal-Mart or Scentsy. I can’t. Because they also sell things that are harmful to me and my family. I don’t trust them.

So, I don’t know about you, but I love wearing scarves in the winter time. Now mind you, I live in Texas. Winter only lasts about 2 hours. But non-the-less, I start wearing scarves the minute the temp drops below 7o degrees. I also love wearing my essential oils.
